By using CramSnap, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CramSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
CramSnap is an AI-powered quiz learning application that allows users to:
- Scan documents or type topics to generate quizzes using AI
- Create, share, and complete quizzes
- Challenge other users to quiz battles
- Track learning progress with analytics and streaks
- Earn and spend virtual coins within the app
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use CramSnap
- You may not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
4. AI Quiz Generation
Important: CramSnap generates quizzes using AI models provided by third parties (Google Gemini, Groq). AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate material. CramSnap does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated quizzes.
- AI-generated quizzes are provided "as is" for educational purposes
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sharing
- CramSnap is not liable for any errors in AI-generated quizzes
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By sharing quizzes on CramSnap, you grant other users a limited license to use your quizzes within the app.
You agree NOT to:
- Share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
- Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Share content containing personal information of others without consent
- Share quizzes designed to harass, discriminate, or promote violence
- Use the app for any unauthorized commercial purpose
6. Virtual Currency (Coins)
- Coins are virtual currency used within CramSnap
- Coins have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Coin balances are non-transferable between users
- CramSnap reserves the right to modify coin earning/spending rates
- Coins may be earned through app usage, streaks, or watching advertisements
7. Advertising
CramSnap displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads are subject to Google's advertising policies. CramSnap is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
8. Intellectual Property
- The CramSnap app, logo, and branding are owned by Manuel L
- User-created quiz content remains the property of the user
- You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the CramSnap application
9. Limitation of Liability
CramSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Any inaccuracies in AI-generated quiz content
- Loss of data due to account deletion or technical issues
- Any damages arising from your use of the app
- Interruption of service due to maintenance or technical issues
10. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account
- Upon deletion, all your data (quizzes, progress, profile) will be permanently removed
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
