Content Policy

This Content Policy applies to Testdroid Quiz free (com.mlcorrea.testdroidfree), developed by mlcorrea and operated under the brand CramSnap. This policy outlines what is and isn’t allowed on our platform.

1. User-Generated Content

Users can create quizzes containing:

• Multiple choice questions
• True/false questions
• Text-based questions with written answers
• Questions generated from scanned documents or typed topics via AI

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on CramSnap:

2.1 Illegal Content

• Content that violates any applicable law
• Instructions for illegal activities
• Content promoting terrorism, self-harm, or violence

2.2 Harmful Content

• Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.
• Harassment, bullying, or threats directed at individuals
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content depicting graphic violence or gore

2.3 Privacy Violations

• Personal information of others shared without consent (doxxing)
• Photos or videos of identifiable individuals without permission
• Content designed to collect personal data from other users (phishing)

2.4 Spam & Misinformation

• Quizzes designed primarily as advertisements or spam
• Deliberately false or misleading information presented as factual
• Repeated low-effort content intended to flood the platform

2.5 Copyright Infringement

• Content copied from copyrighted sources (textbooks, courses, exams) without permission
• Quizzes that reproduce protected material verbatim

3. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated quizzes are not pre-screened by CramSnap. Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated content before sharing. If you encounter inappropriate AI-generated content, please report it.

4. Reporting & Moderation

• Users can report quizzes or comments that violate this policy
• Reported content will be reviewed by our team
• Content found in violation will be removed
• Repeat offenders may have their account suspended or terminated

5. Community Features

Community interactions (comments, ratings, sharing) are subject to this policy:

• Comments must be respectful and relevant
• Ratings should reflect genuine opinion
• Sharing should not be used for spam or harassment

6. Shared Syllabuses (Temarios)

CramSnap lets a user publish a syllabus — its structure, its topics and the quizzes they created — so that other users can follow it and study from it. CramSnap hosts the structure and the questions; it never hosts the underlying source material.

6.1 What May Be Shared

• Structure you built yourself: your topics, your ordering, your titles.
• Questions you wrote, or questions you generated from material you have the right to use.

6.2 What May Not Be Shared

• Question banks, mock exams or syllabuses copied from a publisher, an academy or a preparation course.
• Uploaded documents of any kind. CramSnap does not host PDFs, scans or notes on a shared syllabus.
• Anything already prohibited by section 2 of this policy.

When you publish a syllabus you confirm that it is your own work or that you have the right to share it, and that you understand CramSnap reviews reported content, removes what breaks this policy, and can suspend sharing.

6.3 Reporting Content and Notices from Rights Holders

Anyone can report a shared syllabus that breaks this policy, using the Report this syllabus link on its page or by writing to [email protected].

If you hold rights in material you believe has been reproduced in a shared syllabus, write to us with:

• the URL of the syllabus,
• a substantiated explanation of why the content is infringing,
• your name and contact details, and
• a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.

We review notices and remove content that breaks this policy. The person who published it is told the reason and the date of the removal.

6.4 Removal, Appeal and Repeat Offenders

A removed syllabus stops being reachable by its link and stops appearing in search. Followers keep their own attempts and their own progress; the content itself is no longer playable.

If your syllabus was removed you may appeal by writing to [email protected], quoting the syllabus. We reply with our decision.

Repeated, upheld removals normally lead to sharing being suspended for that account — as a general guide, two upheld removals within twelve months. Each case is decided on its facts; suspension is never automatic.

We also act on abuse of the reporting route itself. An account whose reports are repeatedly dismissed may have further reports disregarded.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to relevant authorities for severe violations
